Farmers Boy Inn

The Farmers Boy Inn is a welcoming 17th century country inn with a modern bed and breakfast annexe situated in Longhope on the edge of the beautiful Forest of Dean. With a Visit England 3-Star rating, Breakfast Award and TripAdvisor Hall of Fame Award, travellers will find friendly staff, comfortable guest rooms, delicious food, a well-stocked bar and garden area. Families are welcome and dogs are also allowed.

All of the guest bedrooms are on ground floor level, with their own private entrance from the courtyard area. Each is beautifully presented and includes an en suite shower room, a comfy king size or twin beds, television, free Wifi, refreshment tray and a seating area outside. A delicious breakfast is included in the tariffs. Guests can also enjoy a drink from the well-stocked bar, or sample our classic British food menu, with dishes served throughout the day, which can be enjoyed inside or out in the garden. Our sister company ‘Mad about Pies’ produce a range of gourmet homemade pies for us including game pies, gluten-free and vegetarian pies. There is free parking and we also welcome walkers and cyclists touring the area.
