The Raffles Hotel

Raffles is a friendly and welcoming 4-Star Bed and Breakfast in a quiet area of the city of Exeter. We are a Victorian townhouse which has been lovingly restored and modernised to offer excellent accommodation for your visit. Hosts Jane and Richard look forward to welcoming their guests and pride themselves on the highest standards of guest service. We have the benefit of lovely gardens, off-street parking and we are also a dog-friendly bed and breakfast.

Our rooms are light, airy and very comfortble. We have single, twin, double and family bedrooms, all en-suite and come with TV, free Wifi, a well-stocked hospitality tray and a hairdryer. At breakfast we offer a buffet of cereals, fruit, juice and toast followed by a Full English or vegetarian hot meal. We can also provide croissants, cake, kippers or haddock by request. We are proud to use high-quality organic produce where possible.

Exeter City is the county town of Devon and houses one of the great cathedrals of England; a fine example of Gothic architecture. Exeter has excellent shopping and a great nightlife. Visit the high street, Princesshay, Guildhall Shopping Centre and enclosed Harlequins Centre which house both independent shops and the main high street brands. The Quayside area offers excellent walks with plenty to see and do including galleries, bars and eateries. The Royal Albert Memorial Museum is also well worth a visit.
