The Lamplighter

The beautiful Lamplighter guest house is found in a wonderfully central location, close to many attractions of this historic maritime city, and comes with sea views. Nothing is too much trouble for Nigel the proprietor. The Lamplighter offers nine rooms; single, twin and double; seven with en-suite and two with private facilities. All rooms are immaculately presented and have a TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. We offer an excellent range of breakfast produce, and specialise in The Full English. We have a guest lounge and well-lit car park for guests. The Lamplighter is close to the rail and bus stations and ferry terminal. We are a dog-friendly bed and breakfast.

Plymouth is a lovely place to visit. It has the largest centre for shopping in the south-west outside of Bristol, and is home to the world-famous Plymouth Gin Distillery. Plymouth Hoe provides stunning views across Plymouth Sound, and you will find plenty of opportunities for boating, fishing and a range of watersports here. Visit The National Marine Aquarium, the largest aquarium in the UK or enjoy a performance at the Theatre Royal.
