Pound Cottage

Pound Cottage is a charming thatched home offering dog-friendly self-catering accommodation for 4 people in the village of Chideock near Bridport. Offering modern facilities required for a comfortable visit, many of the original features including exposed stone walls, inglenook fireplace and beamed ceilings have been retained.

There is a cosy sitting room with wood burning stove, Smart TV, a comfy leather suite and dining table; a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer and breakfast table; as well as a double bedroom, twin room, family sized bathroom and additional toilet. Outside is an enclosed garden and off-road parking for 2 cars.

Central heating and Wifi are available throughout the cottage and bespoke artwork from local artists are displayed on the walls. The village inn is directly opposite which serves food and drink and there are local shops along the road. The lovely sandy beach in Seatown is less than a mile away where walkers can pick up the coast path.
