The Byre

The Byre is a beautifully-converted stone barn offering a 3-bedroomed self-catering holiday home on Newby End Farm in the scenic Eden Valley in Cumbria. Located 9 miles outside of Penrith it offers stunning views across the valley to Cross Fell and is a scenic place to enjoy a peaceful away break.

The cottage spans ground floor level and has an open plan living area with a beamed ceiling, wood burning stove, comfortable seating, dining table and well-equipped kitchen. There is also a twin bedroom, room with bunk beds and a third room with bunk beds and en suite. There is also a family-sized bathroom.

There is access to free Wifi, a washer in the wash house and ample car parking. Pets are allowed by prior agreement. The Great Barn is also available to hire on the farm, with a maple dance floor, grand piano, fully-equipped music room and capacity for 80 guests; providing the perfect venue for special events.
