Rooms 36 Guest Accommodation in Keswick is a Visit England 4-Star Gold rated guest house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Hope Park and close to the Theatre By The Lake. Owners Andy and Charlotte have gained a number of awards including AA 4-Star, Visit England 4 Star Silver and a Visit England Breakfast Award.

There are well-appointed double, twin and family rooms, with adjoining rooms also available for families. All are furnished with comfortable beds, en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, a TV, iPod dock and hospitality tray for making in-room hot drinks. Many of the rooms have picturesque views across to Skiddaw.

In the morning, guests can enjoy homemade bread, granola, yoghurt and fruit compote. A traditional English breakfast is made with local Cumberland sausage, bacon and black pudding, or choose from other options including salmon, porridge, homemade beans or pancakes. Special diets are happily accommodated.
