The Chalets

The Chalets are 4 holiday homes situated on the banks of the River Esk in the small village of Boot near Holmrook. Visit England 4-Star rated, each chalet is named after local trees; Larch, Maple, Oak and Willow, and can sleep up to 4 guests. Willow has additional space for an extra bed if required and dogs are allowed in Larch.

The chalets have a spacious living room with sofas, a TV, DVD player, dining table / chairs and patio doors to the outside terrace; plus a kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and a family bathroom. There is a shared boot room with laundry facilities, plus storage for bicycles and equipment. Parking available.

Perfectly placed to explore scenic Eskdale, the trail up to Scafell Pike starts close by for hikers. There are 2 pubs and the historic Dalegarth Station within walking distance. The Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway terminates here. Crossing the 17th century packhorse bridge in Boot takes you to the attraction of Eskdale Mill, dating back to 1578.
