The Beeches Bed and Breakfast

The Beeches is an award-winning boutique bed and breakfast, ideally located in a quiet location within the beautiful coastal town of Dawlish. We are rated 4-Star by Enjoy England, Visit England Gold Award winners, and are the proud recipients of a Visit England Rose Award for 2016. Hosts Ian and Christine will extend their warmest welcome to guests, and pride themselves on the highest standards of guest service. The Beeches is a short walk of 10 - 15 minutes to the town centre and beach, and the south-west coastal path runs right past our front door! There is free parking on the driveway and also on-street.

Every little detail is attended to in this wonderful B & B. From your welcome cup of tea and piece of homemade cake, to the luxurious guest bedrooms; a deluxe en-suite with sea views, a double en-suite with front aspect and a twin / double with a Juliette balcony with sea views and a private bathroom. In your room, you will find hospitality trays with home-made biscuits. A proud recipient of a Visit England Breakfast Award, you will find a delicious range of hot and cold choices to start your day in Devon. We use locally-sourced produce where possible and make our own jams and preserves.

Dawlish is a beautiful English seaside town with a golden sandy beach and plenty of shops and amenities for your short break, romantic getaway or family holiday. Why not sit in the central park with an ice cream whilst admiring our famous black swans, or try some exhilarating watersports or a boat trip. The South Devon railway line runs next to the seafront, where you can enjoy one of the most scenic railway journeys in England.
