Riverside Lodge

Riverside Lodge Holiday Cottages are nestled beside the River Rothay in the popular Lake District town of Ambleside. Visit England 4-Star rated, each cottage has been sensitively modernised to offer a host of contemporary facilities whilst retaining many beautiful and original features. The Lodge and Middlebeck Cottage welcome dogs.

The Lodge is an elegant 3-bedroomed house for 6 guests presented with an additional Gold Award for exceptional quality. Guests will find a spacious lounge, dining room, kitchen, games room, snug, en suite main bedroom with handmade king-sized bed and 2 bedrooms with twin small double beds. There is also a luxury bathroom.

Both Middlebeck and Overbeck Cottages are romantic open plan cottages for 2 people, with spacious king size bedrooms. All of the properties are equipped with Smart TV, a private garden area and car parking across the footbridge spanning the river. Lake Windermere is a short stroll downstream where guests can enjoy a boat trip, go fishing and much more.
