Welcome to Lakefield House and Lakefield Cottage, 2 elegant holiday homes offering self-catering accommodation in the village of Near Sawrey. Boasting wonderful views across to Esthwaite Water and the Coniston fells, both properties are Visit England 4-Star rated, with a host of contemporary facilities to ensure your stay is comfortable.

Lakefield House sleeps 10 guests. The lounge includes a large picture window with views across to the lake, an open fire and TV. There is a kitchen with dining table, second sitting room upstairs and a further bathroom upstairs with a TV and DVD player; as well as 3 ground floor en suite bedrooms including a 4-poster room; and 2 further bedrooms upstairs. There is also a spacious garden and off-road parking. A dog is allowed with prior agreement.

Lakefield Cottage sleeps 2 and adjoins the house. It provides a well-appointed, self-contained holiday home or it can be booked alongside the main house for additional sleeping space. It has stunning views from the open plan living area, with a kitchen, a bedroom with king size bed and single bed, a bathroom and private garden area with parking. A dog is allowed with prior agreement.
