The Thornhill

The Thornhill is situated in a perfect location in the town of Teignmouth, on the seafront, next to the promenade and close to the town centre. This lovely Georgian building is warm and welcoming and your hosts will always go the extra mile to make sure your stay is enjoyable. There are 10 beautiful en-suite bedrooms (and one with private bathroom) to choose from; from single to king-size and some with spectacular sea views. All come with TV, Wifi, tea and coffee-making facilities, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. Iron facilities are available. Breakfast at The Thornhill comprises an extensive cold buffet, followed by a choice of a Full English cooked breakfast, using locally sourced produce, Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royal, omelette or scrambled eggs with delicious smoked salmon. Teignmouth is a perfect little seaside town on The English Riviera. The town centre is filled with beautiful Georgian buildings, and there are plenty of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants to explore. The town beach has the pier, arcades and promenade and the river beach is full of fishing boats and is perfect for walking with the dog. There are also play and skate parks for the kids and Teignmouth Lido if you fancy a summer swim. The South-West Path passes through the town, and Dartmoor National Park, Exeter and Torquay are just a few miles from Teignmouth.
