Grassfield Hall

Grassfield Hall is an elegant Grade II listed Georgian property offering bed and breakfast accommodation on the outskirts of Pateley Bridge. Lovingly restored by owners Lisa and Alex, it offers bespoke decorated guest rooms, a beautiful breakfast room and lovely grounds. The house can also be exclusively booked for weddings or special occasions.

The 8 guest rooms are all unique, offering a blend of classic and contemporary furnishings. Each is equipped with en suite facilities, either a king or super king size bed, Smart TV, free Wifi and hospitality tray. The Garden Room features a Venetian 4-poster bed and French Doors opening out onto the garden. The Attic is on the top floor with a bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath with waterproof LED TV and a walk-in shower.

A delicious breakfast is served in the morning, with all dishes produced from local ingredients. We also serve home baked bread and cakes from the local bakery. Guests can relax in the lounge or out in the gardens. There is ample on-site car parking available and the town centre is only a short walk away. We hope to see you soon!
