Temple Farmhouse B & B

A warm and traditional Yorkshire welcome awaits you at Temple Farmhouse B & B, situated near the village of Swinithwaite in Wensleydale, just 2 miles east of Aysgarth. The farmhouse is a traditional 16th century stone farmhouse built on the site of an 11th Century Knights Templar preceptory. There is plenty of off-road parking.

Each of the 3 bedrooms feature their own en suite bathroom as well as a TV, tea and coffee making facilities and telephones upon request. The ground floor room and en suite are adequately sized to accommodate a wheelchair. Temple Farmhouse also hosts its own private garden and large paddock.

The Yorkshire Dales hosts a wealth of beautiful scenery, range of wildlife and a wide variety of outdoor activities, such as walking, climbing, cycling and horse riding. History buffs will enjoy Bolton Castle and The Forbidden Corner provides a perfect day out for kids with its labyrinth of tunnels, chambers, follies and surprises!
