Cloister Park Cottages offers self-catering accommodation in the pretty hamlet of Frithelstock, 3 miles from Great Torrington. Cloister Park is an 18th Century Grade II listed building surrounded by beautiful gardens. The two cottages are available from April to October. The cottages are well-resourced, include free Wifi and have everything you might need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The Coach House sleeps 2, has an open-plan living and dining area and bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite. It also has a small patio area. The Stables sleeps 4 guests, has 2 bedrooms, a main bathroom, and a living and dining area on the upper floor with stunning views. This cottage has an enclosed patio area.

Great Torrington is a bustling market town in North Devon. This is the heart of Tarka Country where the famous book by Henry Williamson was set. It is a most warm and friendly place with an excellent market, range of shops, pubs, cafes and eateries. The town has a busy schedule of events throughout the year, so there is always something exciting to see. Make sure to visit Dartington Crystal Visitors Centre, RHS Garden Rosemoor, Great Torrington Heritage Museum, The Plough Arts Centre, St Michael and All Angels Church and Tarka Pottery. The town also has large areas of common land to enjoy. The beaches of Devon are within easy driving distance.
