The Tempest Arms Country Inn

The Tempest Arms is a traditional country inn dating back to the 17th century, situated in the picturesque village of Elsack only 8 miles from Skipton. As well as providing sustenance for travellers, with local ales and roaring fires in the bar and lounge, guests can rest their heads in our superb range of guest rooms.

Each guest room is immaculately presented, with en suite facilities, as well as a television, Wifi connection, hairdryer, telephone and a refreshment tray for making hot drinks. Choose from Junior Suites, Executive Suites and Club Rooms. Ground floor and dog-friendly rooms are available.

Breakfast is included, where guests can choose from a Tempest Full Plate with all the trimmings, kippers or omelettes and other favourites from the menu. We also serve delicious food throughout the day from lunchtime club sandwiches to classic suppers, plus we have a special children’s menu. There is also an extensive range of drinks available from the bar.
