Craven Shepherd Huts

Craven Shepherds Huts are 3 beautifully crafted self-catering huts located in the grounds of The Craven Arms country pub in Applewick, Skipton. Surrounded by the scenic landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales, they are perfect for walkers, cyclists or other travellers exploring the area. There is ample car parking available too.

Herdwick and Swaledale are perfect for couples or lone travellers, each with a double bed. Bellwether can accommodate 3 people in a double bed and a single bunk over the top. All are equipped with peat burning stove, underfloor heating, kettle, toilet, shower room and a welcome tray. Dogs are allowed in Herdwick only.

Guests can enjoy a drink in the 16th century pub. Food is served from midday offering a range of pub classics and lighter bites. All ingredients are sourced from local suppliers and there is a special children’s menu available. Our stunning medieval Cruck Barn can also be exclusively booked for parties, special events and weddings.
