The Dairy House is a beautiful self-catering country cottage nestled on the edge of the North York Moors in Newton upon Ratcliffe. The sensitively renovated outbuildings of the old manor house in this quintessential Yorkshire village, 5 miles north of Pickering, is ideal for holidays and outdoors enthusiasts. Dogs are welcome to stay too.
This stone cottage has been sensitively restored to provide a comfortable stay for 6 people. The living room has a high vaulted ceiling, a wood burning stove housed in the beautiful 17th century stone fireplace, Smart TV and Wifi. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; a laundry room; double bedroom and a single room. Up a staircase is the galleried landing with a family room featuring a zip link bed that can be set up as a king size or twin beds, plus an extra single bed.
Outside, guests can sit in the garden and enjoy a barbeque. There is also car parking and secure storage for bicycles. Owners Mary and Martin will be on hand throughout your stay to offer any help or advice.
