Welcome to Hay Barton, offering bed and breakfast and self-catering accommodation in a charming Cornish farmhouse nestled along the Roseland Peninsula. Surrounded by open farmland, yet only 8 miles from Truro, it is ideally located for exploring Cornwall. Owners Jill and Blair will ensure you are well looked after throughout your visit.

There are 3 B & B bedrooms, all furnished to a high standard, with en suite bathrooms, super king size beds, Wifi, hairdryers, complimentary magazines, a hospitality tray with Jill’s home baked biscuits and stunning views out from characterful sash windows. Guests can also relax in the sitting room, out on the cobbled courtyard or have a game of tennis on the all-weather court.

An Aga-cooked Full Cornish breakfast will be served in the dining room, made using the best of locally-produced ingredients and eggs from our own hens, coupled with artisan breads and homemade preserves. In addition to the B & B rooms, there is also The Potager which is a self-catering annexe accommodating 2 people, with its own seating area, TV, Wifi, kitchenette, super king bed and shower room.
