The Cottages are furnished and equipped to an excellent standard. Gate Cottage sleeps up to 5; Mill Apartment up to 2; Manor Cottage up to 5; Mill Cottage up to 6; Paddock Apartment up to 3; Parkland up to 4; Paddock Cottage and The Granary sleep up to 10 people. We provide everything you need for your self-catering holiday, and you will want for nothing! Guests are welcome to use the many facilities including the hotel bar and restaurant, games room, tennis court, indoor heated swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi. There is free Wifi throughout, and ample parking for our valued guests.

Woolacombe is a picturesque village situated on the coast in the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Much of the countryside around the village is owned by the National Trust. The beach at Woolacombe is an award-winning national treasure! It is three miles long and known for its cleanliness, very high water quality and visitor facilities.
