Charcott Farmhouse

Charcott Farmhouse B & B is a charming 16th century house situated in a picturesque hamlet in a beautiful part of the Kent countryside, close to Royal Tunbridge Wells. A former working farm surrounded by open fields and woodland, it is perfect for those requiring a comfortable stopover, or a base for a holiday in this area which is especially popular with all outdoors enthusiasts.

Our 3 bedrooms have exposed wooden beams coupled with modern comforts. There are 3 twin rooms with en suite facilities or a private bathroom, one of which is the refurbished ground floor bakehouse with the original bread oven. Guests can relax in the TV lounge or enjoy afternoon tea on the terrace. A farmhouse breakfast is included and we serve homemade bread and preserves.

There is plenty of car parking and secure storage for bicycles at the B & B. Owners Nick and Ginny will ensure you receive a warm welcome and excellent hospitality from the moment you arrive. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, as long as they can get along with our own dog and cat! We look forward to welcoming you soon.
