Situated in a unique rural location, Watercress Barns are a small collection of beautifully-converted barns offering stylish accommodation near Sittingbourne. Drive through the main gates and park right outside your apartment. Within the private grounds of the farm, we offer 1 and 2-bedroomed apartments.

Through the front door, you will find the open-plan living area. The spacious living room is perfect for spending a relaxing evening with a glass of wine. You will also find a fully-equipped kitchen, Wifi and Smart TV. We are proud to be eco-friendly and most of the electricity on the farm is produced by solar panels.

Guests will find leaflets on local activities, places to visit and other useful information inside the apartments. If you need anything else, we are always there to help.
